How long are shipping times?
Your item will normally ship within two to five days of your order. Then, depending on the product and where you live, it can take up to 28 days to reach your doorstep. Shipping times depend on the location of my supplier for that particular product, where you live, and the amount of time the product takes to get through customs in some cases. When shipping or production times exceed seven days, then each product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description. My shipping policy is here.
What’s your return policy?
I have a 30-day return policy. This is 30 days after you receive the item. This policy is specifically for damaged or defective items. But, if you are unsatisfied, send me a note at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll see what I can do. You can read my full policy here.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order if you tell me before the product ships. The sooner the better. Processing times vary by product and manufacturer, so send me a note at email@example.com and I’ll see what I can do. You can read my full policy here.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order – just send me a note and I’ll make it right.
Do you offer exchanges?

How do I search products?
Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
How are shipping costs calculated?
All products ship for free to the United States of America. At some point in the future, if I must charge shipping, then shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method (air, sea or land), the location of my supplier, your delivery address, and the weight and dimensions of the product. Shipping is different for each product in my catalog and is described in the product description page.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables you as a buyer to shop with confidence on my website.
You are protected when:
- The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised
- The item you received was not as described
- The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake
My Refund Policy is part of Buyer Protection.
Why am I being charged Sales Tax?
I'm sure that you have noticed that most major online retail brands are now charging sales tax, depending on the state where you live or your delivery address. This is because of a landmark case before the U.S. Supreme Court where the state of South Dakota sued to be able to collect sales tax from online merchants delivering goods to South Dakota addresses. All online merchants are now required to collect sales tax for each state where they have nexus. For us, at the moment, this is the state of Utah.
