Each of our products is individually printed or produced once you order the product. The production times vary according to the complexity of the printing process and the number of current orders we have in the queue. For this reason, we do not offer expedited shipping methods and we cannot guarantee that a product will arrive in time for a particular holiday or special occasion. When production times are especially long (more than 7 days), estimated processing times are included in each product description.
Please enter your "ship to" address with precision. If a package is undeliverable because you input an incorrect address, you are responsible for any additional cost to get the package to you and you will not be refunded.
EXPECT DELAYS WITH INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Even though our products ship from the United States, we have found that most countries are imposing a quarantine period of from 14-21 days while our products are enroute to our international customers. As you can imagine, this adds a lot of time onto the delivery of our products and customers have not been happy. Nevertheless, we have many people outside the USA that would still like to purchase our products. Customers outside the USA must understand that their country postal system may impose a quarantine period and the customer may be required to pay customs, VAT, duties or other taxes. Lida Rose is not responsible for the product once it has been shipped. That is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and cannot guarantee that a product will arrive in time for any holiday or special occasion. There are no refunds for products that do not arrive on time.
CUSTOMS, VAT, TAXES and DUTIES
If you live outside the United States of America and have a package shipped to you, your country may impose additional fees before they will deliver your package to you. Lida Rose is not responsible for any customs fees, VAT, taxes or additional duties once the items have shipped. By purchasing products from Lida Rose, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be assessed customs, VAT, taxes, duties or other fees when they arrive to your country. You, the customer, must pay these fees in order to get your products.
There are so many variables that affect shipping times to get to your delivery address. These include the location of our suppliers, your delivery address and country, the size of your item, how quickly your country processes international goods in customs, natural phenomena, plagues, etc. Therefore, as you can imagine, there is no definitive answer as to when your item will arrive. All printed products are produced in the United States and ship from the USA. Therefore, if you are located in the United States, you should receive your product in a reasonable period of time of from 2-10 days, after the processing time of 2-5 days. There are some instances recently where the USA has experienced delays in shipping. However, normally, your items should be delivered to a USA address from 2-10 days after the processing time of 2-5 days. If you don’t have your package in 30 days from the date of your order, please contact us so that we can research the problem.
Production, processing, and shipping of your order normally takes from 2-5 days. After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, sometimes for whatever reason, tracking information is not available from the supplier. When you have a tracking number, your item is on its way and should arrive within 2-10 days to USA addresses. Once your order has a tracking number, it is in the hands of the carrier and becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Rachel's Ark is no longer responsible for delivery and we cannot guarantee that a product will arrive in time for a particular holiday or special occasion. There are no refunds for products that do not arrive on time. Therefore, please order in sufficient time for your order to arrive, clear quarantine and customs (if outside of the USA) and be delivered to you on time. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. In this case, you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
In some rare instances, you will receive a tracking number that doesn't seem to work when you click on it. In this case, please try to cut and paste the number into the carrier's tracking system web page. For example, for the USPS, you can find it here. For the United Parcel Service (UPS), you can find it here. If this does not work for you or your tracking number does not appear to function correctly, please contact us. There are also instances where the USPS will use a third party carrier and the USPS code will say "USPS waiting for the item" for a long time. If you have questions, please contact us. We can usually find the status of your item by going to the third party carrier web site.
